This large-scale HQ fit-out transformed a newly built industrial and office space at Birchwood Park into a modern, design-led headquarters for a rapidly growing UK brand. The project focused on creating a space that blends functionality, creativity, and brand identity — combining open-plan workspaces, collaborative zones, and high-end finishes within a light-filled, industrial-style building.
Delivered to a tight schedule, the fit-out required precision coordination between multiple trades, bespoke fabrication, and consistent access to specialist tools and lifting equipment. Our Role
We were proud to support the main fit-out contractor throughout this high-profile project, providing comprehensive plant, tool, and lifting hire solutions that helped the site team deliver safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Our contribution included:
- Supplying mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), scissor lifts, and gantry lifting systems to assist with overhead installation of lighting, M&E systems, and structural elements.
- Providing floor preparation and finishing equipment such as heavy-duty grinders, polishers, and concrete drills to achieve the project’s high-end interior standards.
- Delivering material handling solutions including forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks to streamline movement of fixtures, fittings, and structural components within the building.
- Setting up temporary power, lighting, and site support tools to enable multiple trades to work simultaneously during peak programme periods.
- Maintaining rapid-response logistics to ensure equipment availability matched the project’s fast-paced construction schedule.
